I'm not sure what you have against the brand. Corvette has always been the working man's supercar and I respect Chevy for doing that.

99% of people will never be able afford or experience a Lamborghini, Ferrari, or Porsche. Yeah Corvette isn't anywhere near as sophisticated and luxurious, but it's a car for 9 to 5 people. It has the performance of the big 3 too. I agree it was cheap and old looking and for white men, but the brand has come a long way in regards to design and interior. It's not 'cheap' and 'old' looking anymore. Well maybe it is to you.


But as I said before, hopefully it never becomes a 'hood' car. Hopefully it remains the old whyt man symbol.

The hate on the Vette is something else.
A 2002 Z06 w/ a standard gear box is violent af and the C7 Z06 (650hp) will humble the fukk out of you. C8 has a totally different feel since its mid engine, but corners way better than its predecessors, and feels refined. C8 turns heads as well especially in red or blue. Ima car guy through and through, a Vette isn’t the greatest car by any means, but to say it’s generic or boring is crazy work.

They trying to pivot to Lamborghini/ferrari lane in the future they probably gonna have low/mid/high tier.
