The WBC confirmed at its annual convention last week that Subriel Matias will defend its 140-pound title against Dalton Smith on January 10.
The fight had been in doubt after the junior welterweight champion failed a VADA test for Ostarine last month.
Now that the event will go ahead, Fresh Productions announced its undercard that will take place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
In the co-feature, fringe junior welterweight Alfredo Santiago (17-2, 8 KOs) will face unbeaten Hendri Cedeno (16-0, 12 KOs) in a scheduled 10-round contest with two WBO regional belts on the line.
Two-time IBF bantamweight titlist Emmanuel Rodriguez (22-3, 13 KOs) will also snap 20 months of inactivity when the former champion returns against Fernando Diaz (16-6-1, 6 KOs) in a 10-round scheduled bantamweight fight.
Elsewhere, in a meeting of former junior bantamweight title challengers Jeyvier Cintron (13-1, 6 KOs) will face Jonathan Rodriguez (25-2-1, 17 KOs) over 10 rounds. Nestor Bravo (23-1, 16 KOs) will face Pedro Campa (37-4-1, 25 KOs) in a 10-round junior welterweight bout as well.
Rounding out the show, unbeaten featherweight Keith Colon (8-0, 8 KOs) faces Alberto Guevara (28-8, 13 KOs) and Jahanzeb Rizwan (1-0, 1 KO) will take on an opponent to be determined.

Card does not look good to me, tickets are wild expensive and this isn't even broadcasting on a major platform. It's on PPV. :scust:
