Because when Ryan Ward was in charge people couldn't stop sucking his dikk regarding show quality. Like I said, agenda driven posting.

As I've mentioned before, when SD! was approaching RAW levels of shyt, Ryan Ward was still the head writer, Road Dogg was the producer, reviewing and approving the scripts. I doubt that's changed now so if it makes you all feel better you can equate this renaissance to Ward as well.
