The writing for that Becky lynch match was Raw esque

instead of just having becky take off the mask during the match and have alexa be dqd after both luchadoras attack becky they have the champion tap out first after only having worked half of a 4 minute match

The current one is a fill in. Mickie James is likely going to be revealed as La Luchadora down the road but she's not there yet.
