Pro sports is the only profession I know where you can get fired and still get a job in the same field but different city :wtf:

Imagine getting fired from AT&T in San Francisco and getting rehired at AT&T in Oakland :wtf:

most jobs have a no rehire clause when you get fired, why are pro sports so different :wtf:

:heh: so true

The answer is supply and demand. Normal jobs have far more viable candidates to fill positions than the NFL does. That is, there is a far greater supply of people who can work at AT&T that can play NFL level football.

:usure:

I disagree whole heartedly

theres way more high school / college athletes / coordinators / coaches that are probably more capable than current athletes/coordinators/coaches than there are people who are capable of being great as an AT&T sales person.

the difference though is AT&T is more willing to open their doors to the average joe who will obviously suck or float through their job (this applies to any retail sales job)

while pro sports just keep recycling the same personnel..

So basically the DB is just suppose to let the WR catch that because there's no way he can break the pass up w/o hitting him high since the WR was falling on the ground

The DB can hit anywhere but the head. So the DB could have slammed the WR's body but he didn't so it's a penalty.
