I don't know what the DB could do to realistically stop that TD except get in better position to make the tackle, but yes that's the DB is supposed to do. Attack the WR's body not his head.

If u don't know what the db issupposed to do and the league doesn't know. Then that's a big fukkin problem. Even if the db attacks the recievers body, the ref is gonna call a penalty
