Could you imagine If you had a crystal ball and traded all your decent players and future picks and had like 3-4 picks in the top 11 of that draft.

Dynasty right there

If you did that then you'd destroy your teams salary cap situation when it came time to re-sign those guys as all their rookie contracts
expire at the same time

you'd end up having to trade someone and not have enough draft picks left over to fill out the rest of the team
