its on the streets
When you get your wax removed whether it's the syringe or microsuction if you get to a big layer of black wax then that's not a good sign.
But really, if your hearing starts worsening just get some ear drops, if after a few days of that your hearing doesn't improve then you'll want to get a water syringe. Careful with how hard you blast your ear canals with water as fukking with your ears can cause permanent tinnitus.
Personally, I have to use ear drops every 3-4 months and 1-2 microsuction sessions a year.
