Depending on how clean those tools are it could be a sure fire way to get yourself an ear infection. Not trying to be nasty the fact it’s on the street in India would imply they probably haven’t been cleaned or his clean is referring to wiping it with tissue and water. The nurse at my doctor's office used a syringe and made my tinnitus worse. So now I get my ears micro suctioned.

nah the clinic I go to uses the water and funnel thing. Ive done it before and there was quite a bit of wax build up that they clean up effectively

I've had this done in Vietnam a couple times. Actually feels good and is effective.
Now I know this fakkit cac is farming clicks from "shock value", as he's having it done while standing? ( i didn't watch further) But the times I had this done, iirc, I was sitting having coffee and maybe once right after a haircut
