Agree. While mid-managers, the grunts in operations in senior level positions and other losers on the lower end of the totem poll complain and rely on a check from 40-50 hr work weeks and bytch about not getting bonuses instead real contribution to an organization or leadership. White male CTOs and law partners and Jewish women CEOs have been my mentors, amongst others, and I am indeed grateful for the experience. They are the best with collecting data, research and using resources(people) to get what they need - mavericks that get results and skirt laws.
