1 Major reason I dislike a lot of mixtapes

Their songs seem randomly thrown place together and have no unified feel. If buggy playlist sound more cohesive than a mixtape then there's definitely a problem imo. You may be vibing to one track, it finishes and then the sound switches up 180 . I don't want/expect everything to sound the exact same but it doesn't need to be a heaven-to-hell level adjustment between songs.


Listening to an album/mixtape that does it right though is just so brehs it's unbelievable.

It's not about that, a natural flow is best because it's the best way to appreciate the album.

Some nikkas like bodies of work, you listen to a lot of music if you're constantly skipping tracks.
