what sound are we talking about exactly? because if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's there for the first min of the song then disappears. and only comes in during the chorus. It's not the main melody of the beat.

I knew that's what you were talking about. Yeah... it's the weakest sound in the beat. But it's not the driving melody. And it goes away after the first minute to only return for the chorus. So I don't see how that sound alone can make you dislike the beat.
