I can explain it. It goes back to the original brand split when SD had all the high flyers, Je'Von & Sol are a throwback to a time when SD was goated. Also SD always had the feel of being a place for fresh new talent, while RAW was always the place for the established/old guards to wrestle.
RAW a couple weeks ago had a bunch of empty seats in the lower bowl. Most of their shows are still doing well but some areas seem fed up with the booking and the lack of any real superstars announced for the cards.
