He already hit the point of no return. He would have needed to be proactive about it and get on Rogaine/Hims 2-3 years ago at least. He's gonna have the Robert Gibson skullet within 5 years.

The stuff with Cody/Jericho was lame. Cody hasn't done a single segment or promo with AEW where he doesn't reference WWE and it's getting pathetic. There's no need to EVER reference WWE other than to get a cheap pop from the smark audience, but the entire audience is that and they're there to see the AEW crew, pot shots just make AEW look second rate and it's really only Cody doing this consistently.

I'm definitely getting to the point where I feel this. Maybe the first week or two it's fine, it gives a little bit of that but at this point it just reeks of insecurity to me. We get it, you're a new company! With new direction! So move on from the E shots, it doesn't make anyone look good.

I loved this show PP/Lucha Bros was a great opener Fenix is the man and Penta is just that dude and some of Private Party stuff was nuts I thought the tall breh was gonna snap his neck on a couple of those springboards. The Jericho and Cody stuff was pretty entertaining that scarf line was pretty funny. Dean/PAC was good I loved the draw decision.

Why AEW Is Using Time Limit Draws As Match Finishes


Now we all shyt on Double Talk Dave but there is a point behind that. Like NJPW, they do highlight “time limits”

But if you never establish early on there can be a “draw,” what the fukk would even be the point of mentioning or highlighting that?


I can tell some folks don’t watch NJPW, I don’t even religious or ultra consistently watch it like some of the main brehs, but even I saw they do it there?
