Dana need to start putting 5 year non-compete clauses for boxing in them contracts

I think they just train drastically diff things than boxing and its hard to break that much muscle memory.

I was sparring a kickboxer the other day and he had like 30 lbs on and we wearing 16s and I almost knocked that nikka out. They fight super square, lack head movement. just different styles. Difference is most boxers know we not gon do well in some kicking competition these other disciplines swear boxing isn't as hard as it actually is

thats because its a habit to avoid being taken down, its hard for them to get out of that
