The difference is stark. Madrid, Bilbao and Galicia were regular white women, not any below or average number of pawgs. They dress kinda punkish, grungey. If you like billie eilish looking broads Madrid is lit.

Andalusia tho Seville and Cordoba also have the regular white girls but there are 'moras' there. Straight up tan skinned, dark brown or black hair, looking like Esmeralda from the Hunchback of notre dame. More traditional dressing too, women with flowers in their hair and big gold bangles with long skirts isnt uncommon

Edit - I have some ties to the Spanish Gypsy community through a family member who married into one of them so that might be why I saw more of the 'traditional' Spanish looking women
