What’s the draw to the Midwest? Not near the coast, horrible weather, nothing to do…at least in the south it doesn’t get as cold, you’re close to the beach and close to major cities

Cheaper.

You'd really be surprise what you can get in not just say the country, the burbs or what they call bedroom communities, I got family in Chicago and Milwaukee, and you'd be surprise what they get for their buck out their in terms of housing WITHIN city limits.

Can't say that for your New Yorks/L.A./Miami no shame to them

Stay away from the dusty cities that close down at 8pm and you good. Find a nice plot of land surrounded by forest with a lake and you'll feel like you are living in hobbiton. a place like that will only cost you 60K

Eh its like 2 months of trash 30 below weather and snow per year . Followed by 8 months of 40 to 60 degree days. followed by 2 months of 90 degree days.
