Yea but saying hello to someone for the sole purpose of hoping to open a window to smashing is hardly an act of kindness. And women are not stupid, they know this, which is why that fake niceness is annoying.

Women would find it annoying whether they perceived it as genuine or not. But, again, the sole purpose of saying hello is not necessarily to smash.

It's not much different from guys who put themselves into the friend zone in the hopes of "niceing" themselves into the p*ssy. Hardly the same as holding a door for an old lady or another dude, out of legitimate niceness.

Why are you bringing up acts to old ladies and other dudes? Believe it or not, guys get 'what's up?'s and old ladies get 'good mornings' from random dudes on the street as well.

We're talking about specifically doing the act because it's an attractive woman. And there are times when guys will hold the door open for a pretty woman, she'll typically say 'thanks', and that'll be the end of it. By your logic, he struck out, when it wasn't really an attempt to holler.

This vid followed her, another vid could've just watched one block of bums, and if it did, I'd bet you see countless instances of chicks responding and the interaction ending there. People are social beings, and like to interact, and while attractiveness may drive the impetus for the interaction, it does not mean they are doing it to get laid.
