So I was pissed off at this video when I saw it yesterday and wanted to comment but I had to wait 24hrs for my account verification.

At this point my mind is a bit clearer. Overall I agree with most of the sentiments on here regarding the racial undertones and feminist agenda...But I think we're glossing over the most important issue. Most white women DON'T want black dudes sweating them. Sure the video is about street harassment but it's deeper than that. As evidenced by the success of the video. Most of them don't want black men contacting them online, the mall, the bar they simply don't want that kind of attention from black men. It might be offensive or hurtful to hear it but it's the truth. The video is biased for many reasons but it's still valid because the footage speaks for itself. If no one engaged her there would be no video. I mean if I put on a camera for 10 hrs and walked through a white neighborhood to see how much racism I could experience then edit it down to 2 mins using only the worst interactions as my evidence. my experiment would still be valid. Maybe bias but still valid. I hate that we're being portrayed this way but some black men are truly idiots who have no common sense whatsoever. Not every sloppy white girl is a PAWG looking for BBC.

The two guys who were walking with her were harassment. Everything else doesn't count.

Guys saying shyt in passing isn't harassment.

If you record 10 hours of content and narrow it down to two minutes in which 95% of the content consists of guys saying nothing more than "hey beautiful" or "i like your smile" or "damn!" then she can go sit her corny ass down

I get it. It can be VERY annoying. But thats tough.

But beyond a social campaign to remind dudes to not be thirsty I don't want to hear her complaining...which is what it is.

Don't talk about isolated rare cases of violence in an attempt to validate dudes saying "hello" to you.

We've made it about race to get away from the issue that a woman cant walk down a street without being hollered at by a bunch of guys.
