I mean, they probably dont have the shyt you see in movies/tv shows that analyzes pictures 24/7 looking for ppl. It was always gonna be a person that would lead to them getting caught. Think the only surveillance they had on them was when like 5-6 of them was walking down a street after they got out, even then you gonna need someone looking at the camera. That looked like a random sky cop or something from that footage.
