the word 'touch' is a verb, meaning an action word. in the scenario i listed, the snail did not touch me, it was touched. therefore, i win. for it to complete a touch, it has to do some kind of action causing it to come into contact with me. and no, it merely coming toward me does not count. this is not debatable.

OP said the snail never dies so it would be slugging around in your stomach touching you softly on the inside. Eventually you’d have to shyt it out alive.
