After that initial hit with the taxes I would put some aside to pay for taxes from the interest. I was taking into account that after taxes it would be $10.5 Million left. But if taxes hadn't been taken out then I would probably still work for a little while. I wouldn't have to worry about overtime and stack that money until I had enough to where I could afford to quit. I always said that $10 Million would be the absolute minimum I would have to win for me to decide to quit working. And even if I did win $10 Million, it would be another year before I would "retire" so I could have time to get all of my money in order. My attitude at work would not be good at all.
