Im ****ing retarded? i see we cant have a convo without you getting all angry..oh and yeah...retarded I dont think so I been on my hustling/business for years..young and successful..I dont agree with your argument you dont see me putting you down..but I guess thats what you do to make you feel better about yourself..

You jumped from one example to the next. You obviously lack the ability to comprehend.

dont say easily if it was easy we wouldnt have do much debt as a society

How you equated debt with lack of income is beyond me. Then you go on to say someone making 50G's a year would be debt free. Which is more nonsense.

hence if you dont have anything to make u cant spend is my point..you said you 200 can easily be made a day...if it was the case we would have many people grossing 50k plus and no financial problems

Most people spend way more than they make.

Manage apartments... Student housing.... Housing downtown...

And I take that money, buy vacant lots with cash for 20-40% discount at a tax auction... Then I sell em to developers for market price... I'm developing my own shyt next year...

And this is just a side hustle breh
Sounds like you have yourself a nice little operation going. But it's def. not for everyone. Plus, I made more money than all my friends doing much the same and I work a lot less than all of them. Or rather, I have to deal with a lot less bullsh!t than they do. Plus, I don't live with the constant fear of getting audited.

Having access to healthcare is pretty boss as well.

The corporate hustle is nothing to scoff at.

But yeah, I remember 2008… all these fools thought they could continue making bank in Real Estate. Wrong. I came up on so many prints and paintings that summer. :scheme:

I can't believe a bunch of guys that grew up on rap music have such an aversion to hustling...

Did jay hova teach you nothing?

Does 'get it how you live' mean nothing to you guys?

Hey, man. I hear you. I have my own threads that I'm working on and I've recently started coaching/networking with a few posters on here.

But this whole "Don't get a job" nonsense is just deceptive. You probably work a lot more/harder than you realize and you may be overstating your income.

Whether you believe it or not... Not having a job is a legit way to get through life...

Sure you can make a lot money at a job but it's not for me... I'm an introvert... Trying to climb a corporate ladder would just result in me being depressed and not getting anywhere

No better adrenaline rush than making money out in the wild :obama:

Precisely.

This is why I acknowledged those who are cool with their jobs and working that steady, secure life and there is nothing wrong with that.

BUT the freedom and flexibility of finding, using and profiting off your own hustles >>>

Everyone has different views, so there is no point in arguing over it, it's all about how you feel the most comfortable

I know what debt is you are not making ME look bad posting multiple postings....

First of all I made a mistake and replied to your quote it was supposed to be for someone who made a comment earlier, so throw that lack comprehension insulting bs out the window..I wasnt jumping from on topic to another I replied to the wrong window..

This is what I been on the entire time, we had a debt convo in first post..You are not teaching me anything with your spending/saving comments that is common sense... I am defending the fact that its not easy to get people can make $200 easily, and most people that cant are lazy, stupid/ brainedwashed etc..that is some people but to generalize, I know many many hustlers street and school smart that cant do this...I hustled hard when in grad school with my personal business and still didnt make that amount of money for a couple years...I lived it I am a dude that hustled hard and still didnt bring in cash easy and I am not lazy, dumb or brainwashed.. I have intelligence, i had to struggle and learn and be patient enough until I started doing good..I make much more than 200 a day now...the only thing I agree with you about is health care is the one good thing from employer. I am sure there are lazy @ss people on this coli site as well as some ambitious men and women too and they are not making the money they want at this point so I am speaking for many people like them millions of others out there.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! This article is hilarious. Starting your own business takes years of work to even be somewhat successful at it. I tried and failed twice before I got my business off the ground and quite frankly, it's a rather modest income at that in comparison to the amount of work I have to do to maintain it. But I get everyone on the Coli is 22-25 years old, successful business owners and making 80-100k a year, all on that upper 5% wave.

I'm gonna lay it down for you, anyone that wants to knows the steps to owning a successful business go to the Higher Learning Threads and peep some knowledge, but in reality the vast majority of you will not succeed. It's ok to be an employee but the bigger picture is finding a job that utilizes your skills and allows you to make a living and pay down your debts while building your credit and learning good habits.

Starting a business, investments things of that sort take some level of capital, even if you take some of your frivolous spending money and put in small investments that grown over time take years before producing anything of real significance. There is no such thing as getting rich quick, it takes years of discipline.

In all honesty you shouldn't even consider this route until you have a 650+ credit score, little or no debt and have disposable income. But if you are flipping burgers or still in school, you aren't there yet. Sometimes we put the cart before the horse.

MOST OF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THIS.

It's not a knock, it's just facts, everyone can't be business owners, especially guys as young as you, it's not impossible but it's very uncommon.

All I'm really saying is let's take baby steps before before we start thinking about business ownership because without a proper fallback and credit to even do these things, you will be in the hole

I don't know how an introvert is suppose to make money hustling real estate. Sounds like you just never found a good corporation, man.

I mean, I just got done making $12k… like right now. I'm wearing white pants an purple shoes. I pretty much do what a want.

I had two businesses of my own and I just couldn't hack it at the time. This is way easier than setting that sh!t up.

Right, it took you ten replies to realize you quoted the wrong person? And I first started my post by saying everyone isn't disciplined enough to do it. That doesn't necessarily stop it from being easy to achieve.
