I'm in my late 20s but I've basically been wearing jeans and logoless tees since college. At most I'll rock a shirt from a city I've visited that has the city on it.
It doesn't matter as long as you actually look good in what you wear. A 45 year old with a good body can walk in a spot with joggers, Adidas, and a long-sleeve and still look clean as long as he looks decent.
