To me liberal racists are whites that are "liberal" for "equality" and gay rights n shyt but really just are liberal only to piss off their older relatives, they don't give a shyt about Blacks

Edit: think Brian griffin from family guy as an example

I think it means someone who is sympathetic towards black people/issues but is secretly uncomfortable around black people or looks down on them for certain things.

Yeah, but that would also mean that black people should be included on this list if thats the standard. Almost all black people do a certain amount of stereotyping of their own racial category (how often are black people quick to describe younger blacks as being "ratchet" or "ghetto" and use demeaning language or ideas against black people as a whole?)

You guys cant say that the white supremacist is no different than the white liberal, because the latter doesnt have 100% pure motives 100% of the time. Thats an impossible standard, and completely unreasonable. Nobody would stand up to that sort of scrutiny. The article starts off well, but then falls off the rail.

I agree but the militant type would argue that the black people you described would fall under #10.

Good catch ( I didnt see that), but those are black people that actually support white supremacist ideas. If we believe race to largely be a made up social construct, then we have to accept that there will be some blacks who identify with the ideals of suppressing blacks, and not with the racial category of which they belong. But I wasnt talking about black people who are openly hostile to other blacks, Im just talking about the average black person who engages in stereotyping of their own (we all do it)

Anti-black racism is like oxygen. Because of the values we have established as a country (black undesirable; white desirable and normative), we all breath in these constructs, and in at least some degree we are affected by it. My point is you cant consider everyone a "white supremacist" simply because they dont wake up every day with the mission of advancing and serving black people 100% of the time. Thats unreasonable.

Im obviously directing this to the original author and not you.

yeah I agree, plus using the term "white supremacist" in such a broad sense is divisive.
