The Lox overachieved with 2 mediocre albums but signed to two powerful labels? Yung Joc with the #1 song in the nation but dropped a frisbee that no one bought? Your expectations are kinda low bruh

The LOX got their names on Platinum singles further more those 1st two albums were commercially successful considering that they were regional acts, now if you are talking Jadakiss as a solo artist, then I would say dude underachieved, but I think they did very well as a group. Furthermore they have established themselves as New York legends if nowhere else. I just don't see that as underachieving.

Yung Joc I can't really blame the dude, the record label fukked up. They put out one of the most ass songs on the album as a lead single, but the actual album was a nice listen.

AZ is pretty much in his lane. Granted, he has the star factor but he's too laid back for it. Plus he's never been on a top label; of course he would stay level.

I think it should be redefined as those that "had the ball with a clear lane to the endzone and fumbled". Jadakiss, was set up to be the next Mase, but somewhat grimier and couldn't do that right. Meth had it all, but is lazy as a solo artist. Fab is on the border, in someways he's overachieved, and in some he's underachieved. I'd say Pusha has underachieved as a solo artist; Clipse overachieved as a group.

Saigon could have been big. So could have Papoose, they were two that could have been the net wave at one point.
