He's not but I would welcome him here. RG3 has a lot of potential. He should compete with Geno. That said, RG3 has more issues than Geno in terms of pocket presence, reading defenses and anticipation. He is physically superior to Geno, that's for sure.

Streeter is a WR with advanced statistical efficiency as good as some of the better WRs in the league. He was underutilized in Oakland. I hope we sign him. He can be our #3 and maybe even our #2 on the outside.
