Yeah but i thought they were teenagers. Not 10 year Olds. I work in a juvie so I know plenty of teens locked up. 10 year old getting locked is rare. Mainly because of safety issues because they're so small.You ain't hear of the white judge locking up black kids fighting in schools and other frivolous shyt and getting paid from the private jail corporations for every kid he sent their way????!!
