Majority black school too. Nobody knew who they were until the contest. Basically it was some shyt that you had to vote online. It started with a couple ppl in a computer class that got everyone in the class to vote. Then the teacher got in on it and started spreading it around the school. Initially we were pretty behind some all girls school but eventually the entire school pretty much got on board and every day if you were in some computer related class which pretty much everyone was in at some point (web page design, graphic design, intro photo, engineering foundations, newspaper etc) the teacher would make you vote.
