There is no solution other than men and women actually taking time to figure out what they want and learn how to articulate it.

You've got men with anxiety disorders and trauma from abuse thinking the biggest problem in their life is that they don't have a girlfriend. What you don't have bothers you more than what you do have and these cats are obsessed with being validated by women instead of getting right mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

A man doesn't throw a brick at a woman who rejected his advances unless he has a deep seated resentment for women as people but not as ideas. When you see a woman as a means to an end, you will act out of pocket or tolerate wild levels of disrespect. When men realize they can be happy working on their own goals and building healthy friendships and bonds with their family/cutting off problematic family and friends then you'll see less men in bad relationships and less entitlement from rude women.

If they know that men value themselves more than they value female attention they'll realize that they have to bring more to the table than just looks. If even the most mid man has enough self respect to not trip over a rejection or to break up with a woman who is causing him headaches, they'll realize that they too have to do more than just show up in order to have a good relationship with a man.
