It's definitely one of the most overrated marvel movies. Should've been better.

yup, still my personal favorite. dark, gritty and a lot of layers/themes that leaves you thinking. plus heath ledger's performance was legendary. it didn't feel like a superhero movie because of the great cinematography. all of that over the top CGI is played out and not as enjoyable as live action. this might be an unpopular opinion but Logan is a close second. another classic comic movie.

If the last 5 years of comic movies have told me anything it's that nobody will ever come close to 'The Dark Knight'

I don't go that far with it unless you mean like top 50 or top 100. I don't think I'd have it in my personal top 20 but it's the best comic movie for sure.

#1 is the only movie I would leave in its position. I consider all the other 4 to be ranked differently at other times.

Honestly, most Chris Nolan films are top 50. He is a master of his craft.
