Why is someone buying a house without being married in the 1st place?
Its one of those things where the sooner you get in the better. While I personally find home ownership, as a long term asset, to be overrated, it has many advantages. Profits gained from Stocks, Crypto, or Gold will be taxed once you cash out to buy a home, while the profits from selling a starter home are not, if they are applied to another home purchase.
