Im on day 9, this shyt tough but starts getting hella rewarding after getting through the first week.

The time to do the hunned has decreased, the progress is always motivating

Feeling my conditioning/VO2 Max improving, arms, legs and core feeling a little stronger.

This shyt dope af. Ima definitely keep burpees in the gym rotation after this challenge is over.

Man I did 40 West Coast Burpees today as part of my HIIT workout. Maybe if I didn't do any other workouts I'll be good with just doing these.


In the beginning, 100 of these (with the jump) feels like a full body workout. My body was sore as fukk the first 4-5 days.

As conditioning gets better they can serve as a good ass warmup
