100 burpees straight?
Think ill start with 20 first round
Then 20 more in about 6 hours

That's usually the case, your body gets conditioned and you're good from there on. I'm on my second week into my cut phase going to try not to drink until late May. Been on Topo Chico's and lime or a Mocktail here and their without Sugar. Stepped outside tonight so I'm on my 20th Anniversary Perdomo and a Mocktail, I'll be up at 6 in the gym tomorrow morning back at it.In the beginning, 100 of these (with the jump) feels like a full body workout. My body was sore as fukk the first 4-5 days.
As conditioning gets better they can serve as a good ass warmup
Is this 100 burpees straight?
Not straight thru with no breaks, im not there yet.
I do 10-20 at a time and take short breaks. Knock the 100 out in 15-20 mins.
