Depends on who’s leading the charge but if it were me I’d assume the first 25 or so roles would be to hold the gorilla down while the others attack

IRL the gorilla would only engage as needed, his first thoughts would be to gtfo the area. If they''re locked in a room, the 100 humans (assuming adult, able-bodied men) will eventually win, but the first couple waves are getting obliterated by the gorilla.
