### 1. Age Certification
The Performer affirms and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age as of the date of this Agreement and will provide valid government-issued photographic identification to verify age prior to commencement of any filming.
### 2. Grant of Rights
The Performer hereby irrevocably grants to the Producer and assigns all rights, title, and interest worldwide in perpetuity to use the Performer's name, image, likeness, voice, performance, and biographical material as captured in connection with the production and distribution of the Production in all media formats, now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, sales, and distribution in any territory.
### 3. Use of Likeness
The Producer may use, reproduce, display, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any recordings or images of the Performer taken during the Production in any manner deemed appropriate without further consent or payment, subject to the compensation terms outlined separately.
### 4. Compensation
The Performer agrees that the compensation for services rendered is as follows: $________ [insert payment details]. No further compensation will be due for any uses authorized herein unless separately agreed in writing.
### 5. Release and Waiver

The Performer agrees not to disclose any confidential information pertaining to the Production or business affairs of the Producer.
### 7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
### 8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, whether written or oral.
