100 Push Up a Day for 100 days challenge

I have been slacking for the past year on my fitness and now I am gonna get back into the groove.

I encourage fellas in the same boat to get on board. Need to create a thread to hold myself accountable.

No matter how I feel I must do 100 push ups per day unless it's pneumonia or the flu it doesn't matter when they are done or if it's in succession.

The key to good fitness is simple goals don't make it complicated.

My tip for all is L-Glutamine is your friend it is the ultimate muscle juice. Up to 5 grams per day away from food.

For many reasons push ups are the best intro when getting back into shape you get delts, tris, bis and even some abs in all in the same motion.

Now realistically I don't expect to do 100 every day. Today I am at 50 after a couple of months of not doing any push ups (beyond fukking my Woman :lolbron:) so the Glutamine really is helping. The only side effect I gotta figure out is it makes me breakout on my chin somewhat :francis:. May have to endure some pimples for a while to get these muscles. :mjgrin:

Let's go this is Day 1, need to down 2 more grams of L-glutamine in a bit and get these additional 5 sets in and finish this day strong:salute:

I'm with it. I need a simple challenge to get me going too. :mjgrin:

i can work my way up
like 10 one day and 20 the next & so on

Get your nutrition good and you'll be able to bang out more faster

But the biggest thing would be muscle hydration and nitric oxide more than anything else you do

Adequate water/coconut water and L-Glutamine will send the H2O direct to your muscles and keep the lactic acid buildup low
