I guess the numbers support it. How he's so popular is a mystery to me.
Whole lot of Latinos in this country.

Whole country could be oblivious to his discography but they have the numbers to prop him up solo.

Also, I get the vibe they are actively propping him up the same way they did to Billie ellish

I realize it's a lot of Hispanics but that doesn't mean they will just listen to him.

You know
Who else would be the king? Nobody is close to his nnumbers.
Michael Jackson is the King of Pop . Not some singer who is only popular amongst Latinos. If anything he’s the “King” of Latin whatever the music it is.. “Pop” music comes from America. Is he the King of Rock and Roll too?

Dude's been dead for more than a decade . Is the throne just going to be left empty?

In terms of numbers, tours , sales , streams/views...he's the king :yeshrug:

Michael Jackson’s estate literally trademark the “king of pop” title. Elvis is still considered “The King of Rock &Roll” James Brown “godfather of soul” doesn’t matter if he’s dead. His estate is still making money and his music is Still selling/ getting streams. The legacy lives.. So Cut the crap :camby: He doesn’t even do “pop music” He does a Latin version of dancehall that’s not popular amongst non Latinos.
