I probably never will but maybe once I pick up an next gen, still undecided games selection on both consoles are lackluster, I'll notice and care about it more.

This. 720p to 1080p doesn't bother me at all, as far as a difference because there isn't much, but 30 to 60fps is a huge difference. Honestly though, some games I'd rather play at 30 locked and nothing above because it just moves too damn fast for me

I agree with the res differences. 30fps and 60 fps is easily noticeable. And I also agree that 30fps is awesome for some games...that's why im not sure I will like last of us at 60fps because 30 has that cinematic feel

Gonna be great for MP but I got a feeling it's gonna be weird looking for SP or maybe I'll take a minute to get used to it...

They are correct to an extent. But no matter how you swing it, even if I have both consoles, if one is able to perform better than the other one, even if I'm not able to perceive it, for my money I want the one that performs better. Especially if that one was cheaper. It's not even a question.

60 FPS compared to 30 and a higher resolution to match is more noticible though. Compare battlefield 4 to 3.. Everything's so much more fluid in 4 because of the framerate boost.
