Interested to see what the main event for the next Takeover is since I don't see them letting Almas main event it & Cole is the guy their going with next, figure he'll be in the spot he was tonight probably going on before the gimmick main event. They might fukk around & actually do a NXT rumble to get around it & have Cole win that while Almas drops it to a face like Gargano or something.

Doesn't mean anything that Asuka came out for Ember, they could have let her drop the title properly. Means nothing.

McIntyre is everything smarks claim to hate about Roman: tall/big pause, can't wrestle, can't talk, and was literally The Chosen One. But somehow he's ok and... nevermind. He botched so much it actually hurt the title.

Adam Cole is trash. Don't know what people see in him other than he was in ROH and is smark approved.

The big guys in Sanity (don't know who's who) did their thing.

I do like the new cage though. New Day/Shield/??? NEEDS to happen in this.

Drew is too big to be selling so much as a face and flying around and shyt.

Undisputed Era is trash, I’m no size queen but all three of those dudes are so vanilla.

Dain and Alexander looked like stars tonight.

I would’ve wanted anyone but UE to win

Hero vs Lars was quick and fun

I wouldn’t say shell. But I believe it’s hard to keep the initial momentum. Cuz It’s not “new” anymore.

But I respect that Trips keeps trying to top himself/keep it fresh. Women’s Iron Man, War Games etc.

It was fresh when Owens came and debut at Takeover. Now we know the routine... new Indy guy... title reign... rinse repeat.

Owens leaving fast and Finn’s forever reign slowed up that belt. It hasn’t recovered yet.

Takeover used to be entertaining shows from start to finish

Also tonight was a struggle for the production team, they were missing shots all night like it was a TNA show.

Whoever decided to show the tower of doom replay in the main event could have waited 30 seconds, but instead they had Cole sitting there waiting for AOP & then told them to stall because they were showing the replay so they all just froze until after thee replay before going again after the ref told them to go. They could have waited 30 seconds for that spot to play out & showed the replay while Cole was sliding across the top of the cage.

-There will be more War Games can't wait till better wrestlers get to be a part of one. People tend to forget that one of the things that made those early War Games so dope was that it had amazing workers doing their thing in a violent ass setting.

I'd love to see a Usos/Reigns/Strowman vs Lesnar/Nakamura/Owens/Zayn War Games

at all the Chris Hero slander early in the thread. But NXT delivered with another great show. Velveteen Dream was the MVP tonight.

Also props to Ember Moon for her title win.

Same for Almas winning who is a major improvement from McIntye or as someone called him Wack and Tired.

Watching the replay right now. I've never seen Almas wrestle before, but I'm impressed. This dude is crisp as hell for his size
