I guess I'll go with Norman. Still a razor thin fight cause I'm just not too high on Norman....I think he's extremely basic and predictable. Aside from his power nothing really stands out to me. Average speed. Average defense. Average footwork. It seems like his power is carrying his whole reputation right now. Never understood the talk of him beating boots either. They're like 3 levels apart. Boots would sleep him in under 4 rounds easy.
That being said, I can't get Haney's last performance out of my head. He looked absolutely terrified against a washed up fighter. It's not a good sign for his psyche. If that Haney shows up then I could see Norman being able to make it ugly and catch him with a bomb. And even at his best, Haney has never looked unbeatable. Realistically Haney should be able to outbox a basic fighter like Norman. But I think that Ryan loss has maybe traumatized him for good. I'll take Norman but this fight is really a toss up to me.
I think this fight tells us who Norman is, I feel even if you a "hardcore" who watches Bar Room Mexico fights on fire stick or some shyt there still aint that much footage out on Norman Jr and he seems to improve each fight and is young as fukk, I think he also knows this is his "coming out party" moment.
On Paper Devin should UD this nikka but we dont know if Devin is broken regardless how much they cap. If Devin didnt have the Turki deal who knows if he even takes this fight vs finessing a vacant or even taking on Rolly then Ryan.
One of the YSM dudes called Norman Jr an Orthodox Errol Spence but I still feel he is an unknown and all of the sparing stories on Norman Jr was when he was a teen, and even Bernie the boxer who loves talking shyt was like Norman Jr held his own/wasnt outclassed as in ran out the gym which says a ton for Norman being so young and even being invited to spar with the likes of Bud and Tank
