The website didn't kill anybody. If we being fair way more people have died via people on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.
There are multiple examples of someone ranting on one of these sites before committing a heinous act.
Shouldn't they be shutdown if we being honest.

Also they are under no obligation to do so consistently either. Its up to their own discretion. Most websites ToS that you sign when you use their service usually explicitly ban hate speech and racism. The problem actually is that more sites don't enforce their own rules enough. Twitter and Facebook should ban these individuals more and quicker actually. But the irony is that silicon valley if anything is filled with techno-libertarian minded types who you have more in common with and try to hide behind "free speech" arguments to not fully enforce their own rules as harshly as they could.
This is not really a free speech issue anyways. It's not the government infringing on your speech, its a privately owned, maybe publicly traded, company doing what it wants with its own entity. As I said, Gab was setup specifically for hate mongers to gather after being banned from Reddit. Of course conspiracy types like you, or maybe you're a crypto-racist who is part of the other group, think everything that is outcasted is really a victim of some secret elite group of individuals who unfairly persecuted them and throw your lot in with them. Your conspiracy circle since 2015 or so has been hijacked by the white supremacist conspiracy and anti-government types and they have taken over all your media and dissemination of information and you unknowingly or knowingly instead of stepping back and realizing the hijacking remain committed to the community even as it becomes a white supremacist movement feeding right wing fear mongering.
My shorter response: I give as much fukk as gab disappearing as I give about sites like "******mania.com" and st0rmfr0nt disappearing. If you can't use paypal anymore tough titties. Use crypto-currency and that seems more in line with that community anyways. Can't host on a specific web service? Find another one or maybe work with fellow racists and conspiracy nuts to maybe setup your own hosting service and host on there. You have options. Your speech hasn't been impeded. The problem is that you wish you can spread your bullshyt further than people are allowing you. These people whine about being banned from twitter not because of free speech, but you know its the biggest platform to spread their poison to other people and mainstreaming it.
I hope these people continue to be chased off every platform and community that is possible like leapers being chased out of a town. They are scum.

I'll be honest, I won't care much if Farrakhan is taken off of Twitter and Facebook. Not because I have anything against Farrakhan but because I don't think social media is the end all be all of communication. Hell he can come post on the coli, he will have a very receptive audience more so than on Twitter. Also I'm not unbiased in this regard. I'm black and quite frankly, anything that harms the side that literally wishes me death will always be more of a plus in my book.Ok. Like I said though, keep posting the articles on Gab. I want to be kept up to date of their marginalization and hopefully eventual shut down. Its the only bit of good news in this tragedy.
