Yeah it sort of does. Mitch out, them waffling on KAT playing or not. The rumors that Giannis only wants NY and if there is one thing we seen over and over again the knicks do there best to close a rumor. Even when the trade doesn't happen they spent a lot of time trying to make it work like Mitchell.
With that said I am more than ok if the trade doesn't happen either. The knicks are contender

That is part of the reason they seriously have to consider moving KAT. Its just you really can't send out OG or Bridges either because you need that shooting around Giannis, and Mitch doesn't fit with Giannis for that same reason.
Until we hear a report saying the knicks are done trying to get Giannis. You have to assume they are still trying to negotiate thist trade.
I thought that’s what the Windhorst report was about yesterday. We had our shot and didn’t take it basically.

He didn't say that talks stopped. He just confirmed what we all assumed to be true. I think they would do it but if the rumors are true about OG and KAT. That trade messes the roster up. They would have no SF or even if you put Giannis at SF he and Mitch don't fit well. It legitimately fukks up the roster
KAT and Mitch isn't great to lose either because finding a center to put next to Giannis isn't easy, and his style of play isn't like a center anyway. You want him driving, cutting, and working from the key inside. Maybe you put Yabu in at center, but its still not seamless.
