One thing that stood out is Cody giving props to Omega, Hangman Page and the Bucks. Haven't heard him mention any of them by name in over a year or so.

Punk should come out to distract MJF and cause him to be eliminated from the Diamond Ring Battle Royale then it should come down to Lio Rush alone in the ring with Ricky Starks, Will Hobbs and Dante Martin.
From that point I don't care who wins because all of them deserve a signature win like this.

Win it so you can have something to pawn for cash when entering HARD TIMES! That being said the winner should be either:

A. Wardlow to continue to build up to the moment they decide to split him from MJF
B. Ricky Starks because you know he gonna be stuntin' with it
C. Adam Cole BAYBAY to continue his lowkey moment when he boots Omega out of The Elite (full circle)
D. Cody to continue his slow lowkey Homelander build of his eventual full out heel turn

Story-wise this makes the most sense. Starks winning would be great as well; don't see the other two options happening since that diamond ring is more mid-card filler.

I just remembered that the way this Diamond Ring Battle Royale works is that the match ends when its just two peole left and those two guys will wrestle in a singles match at next week's Dynamite to see who gets the ring and the cash.

With that in mind I hope it ends with Lio Rush and Ricky Starks then next week Dante helps Lio win and we get the full blown Lio/Dante vs Ricky/Hobbs feud.

Also I think it is going to be 12 people in the battle royale.

Not sure who the other 7 will be.
