Bo and Neville would be solid fixtures for the IC title. Titus too, could be booked as a legit heel but they've damaged him so bad and his contract will be up soon. And with NXT-like booking, there's no reason to think Sami and Cesaro couldn't be easily elevated to programs with Styles. I know he wasn't mentioned, but same with Rusev. He's feuding with the lesser of a comedic tag team currently, and before that spent what felt like forever being beat up by Reigns and never actually looking like the heel in that feud

I don't see the problem. It's obviously filler until they start building towards the Rumble.
Most likely on the last Smackdown AJ wins clean and that's that. Ziggler moves on to something else and AJ's opponent is finally revealed for the rumble.
I wouldn't want a guy like Joe in Dolph's position right now.
