Are they selling him as a separate character or is there a split personality angle going on with Jeff (as he seems appears to be Brother Nero for the Tag Team Apocalypto).

I believe Itchweed was one of Jeff's original characters he created (just like he created Willow The Wisp) back during the early Omega days of him wrestling before he joined WWE. This whole "Broken" saga both Matt and Jeff has been on this year has brought a ton of stuff full circle for both wrestlers.
