Given the fact that Matt had TWO fire ass gimmicks (Broken Matt and Big Money Matt), won the TNA Heavyweight Championship and Tag Team Championship, being in the feud of the year (Broken Matt vs Brother Nero), being in a Match of the Year candidate (The Final Deletion), besides Lashley being one of the most entertaining aspects of TNA, garnering so much attention to TNA with his antics, and somehow going from "Fatt Hardy" to TSC creating "The W's of Matt Hardy" Thread FINALLY surpassing his brother in popularity all in a span of a year..... Matt has earned it.
