No it's not. They're very close. Rap primarily believes in Black supremacy, but has great music, and rock believes in White supremacy, with the same great music ( individual taste irrelevant).

You have hip-hop, that is like hard rock and regular Bonus Jovi rock that is Black or White owned and celebrated, that only lightly believes in supremacy, but is more about fun and contemplation. The hardcore parts of the music (gangsta rap and metal) is conspiracy and supremacy based though.

This is the main reason why the Roman experiment will fail. He doesn't have a real threat besides Lesnar, heel Cena (might be his year for the heel turn), or Owens (only because he's been kept away from the machine). The Roman Empire is already boring. The LoN took out Cena, but couldn't put a dent on Roman......again.
I said a month ago that this could work, but Roman would have to take some L's. I didn't mean a Money in Bank cash-in cheap shot. I don't even mean clean losses. It's that Roman has to look vulnerable to SOMETHING/ONE! Forgive tonight because you can say Cena weakened the LoN a bit, but going forward, Creative has to step its game up with this. It ain't hard. Sheamus and Rusev are monster heels. They can't keep going out with one Superman punch saving someone else. They have to be tested with Roman and get some wins.

Nah, they're both important. Remember that there's different genres in each that stress different things. Club rap doesn't care about lyrics as much as metal/death metal. Hiphop and grunge/hard rock are all about the lyrics. Don't let your bias get it twisted.
What's the difference in Bon Jovi, John Cougar Mellencamp, and Bryan Adams? Their shyt sounds almost exactly the same. I've just grown as a hybrid dude from a rural area and 95% White school inside a Black neighborhood and nearby city with a dominant Black culture. You get the nuances in a lot of things people miss.
