$12.5M Man Cave Office for sale.... would you?

Mr. Real Estate aka Manny K. must be upgrading the office. This is when you have a massive car collection, when you have run out of space at home and you need a 2-story office building as overflow parking. If you had a vehicle fleet like this would you store them the same?

If I was rich I'd opt for a more convenient storage solution. Any space that requires me to move multiple cars out of the way to get out the car I want is a no, go.
