There’s nothing wrong with some forms of farmed seafood, the source and practices matter, but it can be helpful vs overfishing our seas and lowering mercury. There’s plenty of resources to learn what seafood should be wild caught and what is better farmed and which countries to look for (or avoid)

A lot of this is inaccurate.

Countries ban certain products to protect their own industries. It doesn’t mean there is something wrong with the American version of the product.

Also it is very expensive to ship meat which is why most of our imported meat comes from Canada and Mexico which share borders.
